We are accepting applications for the following positions:
Full-Time Customer Service/Cashiers (Must be available Monday-Sunday 4am-2pm) (Bellmead Location Only)
Full-Time Customer Service/Cashiers (Must be available Monday-Sunday 4am-1pm) (The other 3 locations)
Full-Time Cooks (Must be available Monday-Sunday 2am-11am)
FOR FULL-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE/CASHIERS:
- Open availability between 4 am and 2 pm Monday through Sunday is Mandatory. (Any applicants that are not available on Saturday and/or Sunday will be rejected due to not meeting minimum requirements.)
- Typical work week for full time is 6 days and average weekly hours are 38-40
- Starting pay is $11.00 for training
- Your initial training will start at 5 am and last until 11 am on weekdays and 12 noon on Saturday and Sunday.
- Your first raise (from $11.00 you will go to $11.25) will come after learning to close. This requires you to be available to stay until 2 pm in most stores to close.
- Your second raise (from $11.25 you will go to $11.75) will come after learning to open. This requires you to be available to come in at 4 am.
- You must show that you can make it on time, complete the initial training of the registers, customer service, packaging products properly, pricing products properly, and keeping the store clean before you are trained to close.
- This initial training usually takes 45-90 days
For Full-Time Cooks:
- Must be able to lift 50-75 pounds to shoulder height frequently
- Includes:
- 50 pound bags of donut mix
- 60 quart stainless steel bowls with dough lifted from floor to table
- Work Day starts at 2:15am each day
- 6 Day a week work schedule including all weekends
- Scheduled overtime every week (Approximately 47-49 hours total weekly)
- Proofs and Fries Donuts
- Assists in rolling, cutting, and baking kolaches
- Assists in rolling and cutting donuts
- Progress and learn to roll and cut kolaches on their own within the first 3-4 months
- Progress and learn to roll and cut donuts on their own within the first 4-6 months
- Responsible for keeping up with rapid production demands
- Must comply with sanitation and safety standards and procedures
- Starting Pay $33,000 yearly to train as a Do-Nut Fryer.
- Once Fryer training is complete, you will need to begin training on the Kolache Production Station. Once you can demonstrate mastery of Kolache Production on your own, pay increases to $36,000 per year.
- The last station to master is the Do-Nut and Pastry production station. Once you have demonstrated mastery of Do-Nut and Pastry Production on your own, pay increases to $41,500 per year.
*It will be required that you work all weekends and have an open availability for full-time positions. (We work a 6-day work week)
